An accomplished name in obstetrics and gynecology, Asha Voss, MD, FACOG, has dedicated her career to improving women’s health through her leadership roles at EstrogenicA Health 360 and South East Alabama Surgical LLC. Since 2001, she’s excelled as the chief executive officer and a medical doctor at Obstetrics and Gynecology of Dothan, later rebranded as EstrogenicA. In this OB-GYN practice, which also includes primary care doctors, surgical doctors, infertility doctors, urologists, and those who deal with pelvic pain, she and her staff provide unique services and effective treatments for women’s health.
In 2004, in need of surgery space, Dr. Voss started another company called South Seas Alabama Surgical LLC, which recently earned a certificate to build an ambulatory surgery center for women. This was a major moment for her as she believes one of the most important developments in women’s health is using ambulatory surgery centers to increase accessibility to essential surgical healthcare services. The state also granted them unlimited multi-specialties such as cosmetic work.
Attributing her success to her perseverance, problem-solving skills, and strong ability to listen to others, Dr. Voss gravitated toward her profession at a young age. She prepared for her accomplished career by earning a Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1994. In addition, she completed an internship and a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and has attained certifications in OB-GYN, laser liposuction and cosmetic work, and aesthetic laser and injectable procedures.
Dr. Voss also serves as a member of the American Academy of Laparoscopic Surgeons, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Inc., and American Laparoscopic Surgeons. Looking toward the future, she hopes to empower physicians to provide better care for their female patients. She said, “The most important thing is never to give up and to look for a way not to retire. There are too many people retiring out of women’s health because it’s too difficult. Keep it going and teach the younger generation.”

Dr. Voss has distinguished herself as a leading figure in women’s health care, with a career spanning over 25 years. Currently serving as the chief executive officer and medical director at EstrogenicA Health 360 since 2021, she has been instrumental in advancing women’s health services. Dr. Voss’s role involves overseeing the integration of comprehensive health services tailored to every decade of a woman’s life, combining cosmetic and medical procedures. This innovative approach has significantly contributed to the practice’s growth, necessitating the establishment of South East Alabama Surgical LLC (SEAS). This new venture has been granted a certificate of need by the state to build an ambulatory surgical center dedicated to women offering a limited multispecialty services including GYN and urogynecologic surgery, pain management and cosmetic surgery.
Before these ventures, Dr. Voss had been a steadfast presence at Ladies First since 2008 and had maintained a private practice since 2001. Her professional journey began at Obstetrics and Gynecology of Dothan (S corp), where she has been providing exceptional care since 2000. In addition to her primary roles, Dr. Voss is a fellow of the American College of OBGYN and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons.
Dr. Voss’s educational journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in history from Northwestern University in Illinois in 1990 and a Doctor of Medicine at Tulane University in 1994. She further honed her skills through an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at UT-Memphis Health Sciences Center in Tennessee. Dr. Voss holds certifications in da Vinci robotic surgery, aesthetic laser and injectable procedures, and laser liposuction and cosmetic surgery, underscoring her commitment to staying at the forefront of medical advancements.
Dr. Voss’s contributions to obstetrics and gynecology have earned her recognition as a fellow and diplomate of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, among other prestigious memberships. Her dedication to professional excellence is also evidenced by her involvement with the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Academy of Laparoscopic Surgeons.
